Comment: Me and my friend turned up at the hotel, Lino was great, showed us to room, showed us how to use things. Tea/coffee was available when ever wanted. The hotel is in a great place, walking distance to everywhere, no problems finding bus stops and the metro. All the staff were very helpful, rooms always cleaned, spotless.

Comment: My wife and I stayed here for 4 days during our trip to Rome. We were going on cruise after our Rome visit and thought that this hotel would provide us easy access to Roma Termini - we were right. This hotel is around a 10 to 15 minute walk from the Roma Termini station. The rooms were spacious enough for us and the flat screen TV and the beds all looked new. The people at the desk spoke good English and were very helpful in providing us with all the details needed to see the city. They also make Coffee and Tea on request for you anytime of the day. The rooms were kept clean and the noie outside was minimal during the night.

Comment: We were traveling on a tight budget, so this was the hotel we decided on. There is always someone at the reception desk 24 hours a day. They speak English, some better than others and were happy to recommend restaurants & bars as well as how to get around the city. The smaller room is TINY, I wouldn't really recommend it for two people, but we made it work & weren't really there too much anyway. They clean it spotlessly everyday. The wireless internet was spotty and many times we were forced to sit next to the reception desk to get a signal. They were happy to make us tea or espresso any time of the day though especially while we were sitting there with our computer.

Comment: The outside appears a little drab, a really pleasant surprise awaits you when you enter your rooms. The rooms are very tastefully renovated.

Comment: I stayed in this hotel for a wedding. I wasn't sure what it was going to be like after reading some of the reviews. The location was very good, very close to the Spanish steps and once I got my bearings, it was very easy to walk around all the sites. I got a single room which was ok.
