Comment: The owner has been very kind and provided infos to visit the zone, maps and where to go to have a good dinner and ice-cream. Nice little garden with table and chairs under a sunshade and trees. The B&B was clean (room and bathroom were ok, the bathroom has been recently refurbished) but a little bit "old-fashioned" and it is impossible to discover it only looking at the photos published here. The double bed of the room I had was very comfortable

Comment: The B&B is in a quiet, bland, but safe residential neighborhood close to the San Giovanni area. The B&B has six guest rooms, three on the first and three on the second floor (no lift). Clean room and good breakfast.

- Overall very helpful and friendly, parking was arranged when we arrived with an extra charge of 10€ per day .So price wise definatly worth it. Breakfast was typically Italian cakes etc but a good selection of cereal and fruits.

Comment: Really pleasant B&B a couple of metro stops from the central station. Very clean and very friendly owners. Accomodation and breakfast was a bit basic but so was the room rate so you get what you pay for!

- It is about a 10 min walk away from San Giovanni Church and the subway line. We came in a rental car, and the place was a little hard to find amidst the heavy Roman traffic. The owner was very friendly although she spoke little English. Her son spoke more English, and combined with my broken Italian, we were able to communicate adaquately. The room was a decent size, and there were two bathrooms in the hall to use. There was no television in the room, but who needs one when you have all of Rome to explore! The owner had a computer with internet access that she allowed guests to use. We were able to park our car on their property for 10 Euros/night. They provided breakfast at no extra charge. I would definitely consider staying here again.
