Credit card details are required to guarantee the booking unless the hotel structure allows you to make a deposit in advance. In cases of non-arrival or cancellations or modifications effected late in comparison to the anticipated terms, the hotel reserves the right to debit a penalty. BookHotelsinRome.com will not charge any amount on your credit card. In fact, you will pay for your stay at the reception of the reserved hotel.
4 What if I do not want to send my credit card details online?

For all structures that have instant availabilty, after having clicked on “BOOK” you will receive an e-mail after a few seconds with a conformation number. For hotel structures which are on request only, you will receive a confirmation within 12 hours.

If you wish to make changes in real time click on “Your Bookings” on the home page . You will receive a reply once the changes have been made. If the time limit for changes established has already lapsed the hotel reserves the right to debit a penalty. Once the change has been confirmed you will receive an e-mail confirmation. In such cases the hotel structure reserves the right to charge your credit card. This is usually the cost of one nights stay, depending on their policy, or they may keep your deposit if one has been made.
